Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, including weekends and on-call responsibilities; 36 hours per week

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $97 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac, vascular, and neuro procedures
Monitor hemodynamics and assist with conscious sedation
Operate fluoroscopy equipment and manage contrast administration
Collaborate with a team of techs and RNs to ensure safe, efficient case flow
Maintain sterile technique and prepare procedural suites
Respond to emergent cases during on-call shifts

Qualifications

Current ARRT certification required
Fluoroscopy license (Fluoro) required
BLS certification required
Must have current cath lab experience
Comfortable with conscious and moderate sedation, cardiac drips, and balloon pumps
Valid state license or compact eligibility for California

Knowledge & Skills

STEMI receiving facility experience
Proficiency in coronary, peripheral, vascular, and neuro intervention
Airway management and procedural process knowledge
Experience with cardiac drips like Integrilin, dopamine, vasopressors
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
