Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain sterile surgical environment for CVOR procedures
Assist surgeons during cardiovascular and thoracic surgeries
Monitor patient vital signs and ensure safety throughout surgery
Provide immediate post-operative care and recovery support
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications

Active RN license in California
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Minimum 2 years of CVOR experience preferred
Strong knowledge of surgical aseptic technique

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of cardiovascular and thoracic surgical procedures
Proficiency in operating room equipment and instrumentation
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
