Candidate Pay Rate: $62 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate nursing activities for your unit, ensuring high-quality patient care
Supervise and mentor nursing staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment
Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals
Monitor patient outcomes and make data-driven improvements to unit performance
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies

Qualifications

Active RN license in North Carolina (required)
Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or charge nurse role
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead a diverse team

Education

Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in clinical nursing practices and patient assessment
Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare setting
Knowledge of state and federal nursing regulations
