Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Day shift 7:00am-7:00pm; 36 hours per week; every other weekend and holiday rotation required

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate clinical care to Med/Surg/Tele patients in a dynamic float pool setting
Monitor telemetry and respond to changes in patient condition
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Point Click EMR

Qualifications

Current Ohio RN License - must be active
Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association
Minimum 1 year of Med/Surg/Tele experience preferred
Ability to float across units and adapt quickly
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

Med/Surg nursing principles and practices
Telemetry monitoring and interpretation
Patient assessment and critical thinking
EMR proficiency, especially Point Click
Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced environment
