Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality care to critically ill patients in the ICU
Monitor and interpret vital signs, lab results, and patient status
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and adjust care plans
Administer medications and treatments with precision and safety
Educate patients and families on condition management and recovery
Maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation

Qualifications

Current and valid California RN license
At least 2 years of recent ICU experience preferred
BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA required
Strong critical thinking and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring
Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
