Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Every weekend (Saturday-Sunday), 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $61 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions affecting self-care, mobility, and functional independence
Develop personalized treatment plans to help patients regain skills and improve quality of life
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a level 2 trauma center and outpatient settings
Utilize state-of-the-art equipment including custom splinting stations and therapy pool
Provide patient and family education for long-term success

Qualifications

Active unencumbered Oregon Occupational Therapist license
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Minimum 1 year of experience in acute or inpatient occupational therapy
Ability to work every weekend and holidays as needed

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in occupational therapy assessment and intervention across patient populations
Proficiency with PointClick EMR system
Strong communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment
Ability to manage a full caseload with autonomy
