Shift Type: All shifts - days, evenings, and nights (rotating)

Candidate Pay Rate: $70 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate emergency care to patients of all ages in a 15-bed ER plus 6-bed fast track
Collaborate with a dynamic team to stabilize and treat acute medical conditions
Administer medications, start IVs, and perform life-saving interventions
Monitor patients closely and communicate with physicians on plan of care
Document accurately in Point Click EMR system
Educate patients and families on discharge instructions and follow-up care

Qualifications

Active Hawaii RN license (must be currently active)
Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
Current certifications: ACLS, BLS (BCLS), PALS, TNCC
Ability to work all shifts - days, evenings, nights as needed
Comfortable handling all patient populations and acuity levels

Knowledge & Skills

Expert in triage, trauma assessment, and emergency procedures
Proficient with Point Click EMR system
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure
Flexible and adaptable to fast-paced environment
