Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide specialized nursing care to patients undergoing electrophysiology procedures
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and hemodynamic status
Assist with diagnostic and interventional EP procedures
Educate patients and families about cardiac conditions and treatment plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety protocols

Qualifications

Valid RN license in Florida
Minimum 2 years of EP or critical care experience
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
Strong cardiac rhythm recognition skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in electrophysiology procedures and equipment
Proficiency in cardiac monitoring and arrhythmia interpretation
Excellent communication and patient education skills
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of sterile techniques and infection control
