Shift Type: Variable schedule, 4-hour shifts (specific days and start/end times to be confirmed); orientation required

Candidate Pay Rate: $44 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic radiographic exams accurately and with compassion
Position patients safely and operate imaging equipment according to protocol
Ensure high quality images while maintaining patient identification and safety
Follow radiation safety procedures and infection control best practices
Document procedures thoroughly and maintain accurate patient records
Collaborate with clinical team members to support excellent patient care
Participate in orientation and training to stay current with facility practices

Qualifications

Valid Radiologic Technologist licensure for Missouri or eligibility to obtain state licensure
ARRT certification or equivalent credential preferred
Current BLS or CPR certification or willingness to obtain
Comfortable working variable 4-hour shifts and participating in orientation
Strong patient care focus, good communication, and teamwork skills

Education

Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Solid knowledge of radiographic positioning and imaging techniques
Familiarity with radiation safety principles and compliance
Experience with PACS, imaging software, and digital radiography workflows
Ability to troubleshoot basic imaging equipment issues
Patient-centered communication and the ability to calm anxious patients
