Roles & Responsibilities

Provide safe, compassionate bedside care to patients according to plan of care
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document appropriately
Assess patient status, report changes, and collaborate with the care team
Support admissions, discharges, and transfers with attention to detail
Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and follow-up
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and comply with facility policies

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Georgia or eligibility to obtain state licensure
Current CPR/BLS certification
Previous acute care or hospital experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work 12.5-hour per diem shifts and adapt to variable scheduling

Education

LPN diploma or accredited practical nursing program completion

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of basic nursing principles and medication administration
Familiarity with patient assessment and documentation best practices
Comfort with electronic health record systems
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment
Compassionate patient interaction and strong interpersonal skills
