Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care with dignity and respect
Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
Measure and document vital signs accurately and communicate changes promptly
Support nursing staff with safe transfer and positioning of patients
Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control practices
Build trusting relationships with residents, families, and the care team
Accurately document care and follow facility policies and procedures

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (required)
Comfortable working standard 8-hour shifts
Ability to pass facility-required background check and drug screening
Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Physical ability to assist patients with mobility and basic care tasks

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient-care fundamentals and attention to detail
Basic vital signs and charting skills
Infection prevention and safe patient handling practices
Ability to collaborate with nursing staff and follow care plans
Compassionate bedside manner and strong interpersonal skills
