Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents and patients
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely
- Monitor patient status and report changes to the care team
- Document care thoroughly and maintain clear, professional records
- Support resident comfort and dignity through daily care activities
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and support staff to deliver coordinated care
Qualifications
- Current LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification (preferred or obtained upon hire)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with residents and staff
- Comfortable with medication administration and basic nursing procedures
- Professional, reliable, and patient-centered approach to care
Education
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program (LPN)
Knowledge & Skills
- Medication administration and documentation
- Basic patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
- Wound care fundamentals and infection control practices
- Clear verbal and written communication with clinical teams
- Familiarity with electronic charting or willingness to learn
