Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in the ICU setting
• Assess and continuously monitor critically ill patients and respond to changes in condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and execute individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely and document interventions clearly
• Operate and monitor ICU equipment and assist with advanced life-support measures as needed
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams to support decision-making and continuity of care
• Participate in unit-based quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure (required)
• Experience working in ICU or critical care settings (ICU / Critical Care listed in posting)
• Demonstrated ability to care for critically ill patients and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and communicating with patients and families

Education

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; active RN license required

Knowledge & Skills

• Clinical knowledge of ICU and critical care practices
• Patient assessment and monitoring in a critical care environment
• Medication administration and accurate clinical documentation
• Ability to prioritize and respond to rapidly changing patient needs
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
