Candidate Pay Rate: $37 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to residents and patients
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Assess patient conditions and report changes promptly to the care team
Document patient care thoroughly and maintain clear, timely records
Collaborate with nurses, therapists and facility staff to support care plans
Assist with admissions, discharges and transfers while maintaining patient dignity

Qualifications

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential; ability to practice in Pennsylvania preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification or willingness to obtain quickly
Comfortable working 12.5-hour clinical shifts and delivering hands-on patient care
Strong communication skills and ability to work well within an interdisciplinary team
Background check and any facility-required screenings completed prior to start

Education

LPN diploma or equivalent practical nursing education
High school diploma or GED

Knowledge & Skills

Clinical assessment and basic patient monitoring
Medication administration and documentation best practices
Infection control and standard precaution knowledge
Skilled at clear, compassionate patient and family communication
Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced care setting
