Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, direct patient care consistent with LPN scope of practice
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document appropriately
Monitor patient status and report changes to the care team in a timely manner
Assist with ADLs, wound care, and routine clinical procedures to promote recovery
Maintain clear, thorough charting and communicate effectively with patients and families
Support RN and interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
Current BLS/CPR certification (or willing to obtain)
Clinical experience in a patient care setting preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills with a patient-first mindset
Ability to pass background check and health screening as required

Education

Practical Nursing diploma or certificate (LPN program) or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and basic clinical assessments
Patient safety practices and infection control
Charting and electronic health record familiarity
Time management and prioritization in busy clinical settings
Compassionate bedside manner and effective patient education
