Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered care that makes a real difference
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Monitor and document patient condition and responses to care
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
Assist residents/patients with activities of daily living and mobility needs
Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control protocols
Communicate clearly with families and colleagues to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
Comfortable with medication administration and basic nursing procedures
Clear background check and ability to meet facility credentialing requirements
Previous LPN experience preferred — new grads with strong clinical skills encouraged to apply

Education

Vocational Nursing diploma or equivalent LPN program completion
Any additional certifications relevant to practical nursing are a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient assessment and clinical observation skills
Medication administration and documentation proficiency
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Basic wound care and infection control knowledge
Familiarity with electronic charting or a willingness to learn
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively during an 8-hour shift
