Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to residents consistent with LPN scope of practice
Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely
Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the care team
Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses clearly and professionally
Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary staff to support individualized care plans
Support a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for patients and families

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
Completion of an accredited practical nursing program
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willing to obtain
Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Background check and any facility-specific screenings as required

Education

Completion of an accredited LPN (Practical Nursing) program
High school diploma or GED preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of LPN clinical procedures and medication administration
Familiarity with charting and electronic medical records
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time in a fast-paced setting
Basic wound care, vital signs monitoring, and infection control practices
Comfortable working as part of an interdisciplinary care team
