Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care and assistance with activities of daily living
Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and safe positioning
Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes in patient condition
Maintain a clean, safe environment and adhere to infection control practices
Document care accurately and communicate clearly with the nursing team
Support patients and families with empathy, respect, and positive communication

Qualifications

Current CNA certification in Pennsylvania
Valid state-required background checks and clearances as applicable
Comfort with 8-hour shift work and availability to start on or about 2026-04-26
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain

Education

High school diploma or GED
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on patient care and assistance with ADLs
Basic vital sign measurement and documentation
Infection control and safe patient handling
Accurate charting and attention to detail
Effective communication with patients, families, and clinical teams
Time management and the ability to prioritize patient needs
