Candidate Pay Rate: $28 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to assigned patients
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Monitor patients’ conditions and document assessments clearly
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and the care team to coordinate care
Support patient and family education so they feel confident in care plans
Maintain strict infection control and safety standards at all times
Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges to ensure smooth transitions

Qualifications

Current, active LPN license (Georgia licensure preferred)
Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification or willingness to obtain
Proven patient-care skills with comfort performing bedside nursing duties
Strong communication and teamwork skills; dependable and professional
Ability to work 12.5-hour shifts and adapt to unit staffing needs

Education

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and basic IV/SC skills as appropriate
Patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
Familiarity with electronic health records and accurate charting
Basic wound care and dressing changes
Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced clinical setting
Customer service mindset when interacting with patients and families
