Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate hands-on care to residents, assisting with daily living activities
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff promptly
Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe use of assistive devices
Perform routine documentation and charting accurately and on time
Maintain a clean and safe environment while following infection control practices
Collaborate with the care team to support individualized care plans

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in Pennsylvania (or eligible to obtain)
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Comfortable providing hands-on personal care with respect and dignity
Reliable, punctual, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
Previous experience as a CNA or in long-term care is a plus

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of an accredited CNA training program and state certification

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient care and observational skills
Knowledge of basic infection control and safety procedures
Clear, compassionate communication with residents and team members
Ability to follow care plans and document care accurately
Basic knowledge of mobility assistance and safe transfer techniques
