Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients, assisting with activities of daily living
Monitor and record patient vital signs and report changes promptly to the care team
Assist nurses with patient transfers, positioning and mobility to promote safety and comfort
Maintain clean, safe patient environments and follow infection control procedures
Support accurate documentation of care and communicate clearly with patients and coworkers
Build trusting relationships with patients and families through respectful, person-centered care

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification — ready to work in Georgia
Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or willing to obtain
Comfortable working 12.5-hour shifts and able to perform physical aspects of patient care
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering excellent patient care

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Current CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in patient hygiene, feeding, toileting and mobility assistance
Knowledge of infection prevention and safety best practices
Ability to take and document vital signs accurately
Familiarity with bedside manner that supports patient dignity and comfort
Basic charting and communication skills to support nurse documentation
