Location: Lebanon, NH

Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Per diem (days vary), 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM day

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $33 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to assigned patients
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Perform thorough patient assessments and document changes clearly
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and the care team to optimize outcomes
Assist with care planning, transitions, and patient education
Monitor and report patient status, escalating concerns when needed
Maintain accurate charts and comply with facility policies and regulations

Qualifications

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Hampshire (or compact where applicable)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Current immunizations and ability to pass background check and drug screen
Comfort working 12+ hour day shifts as a per diem clinician
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
Reliable, professional, and able to adapt to a variety of clinical settings

Education

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and basic IV/antibiotic competency where applicable
Wound care, dressing changes, and basic restorative nursing skills
Patient assessment, vital signs, and early recognition of deterioration
Charting and documentation in electronic medical records
Infection control practices and safe patient handling
Teamwork, time management, and prioritization in a fast-paced setting
