Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, assisting with daily living activities
• Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to the nursing team
• Assist with bathing, dressing, feeding and mobility while promoting dignity
• Follow care plans and safety protocols to ensure high-quality resident outcomes
• Document care accurately and communicate effectively with colleagues and families
• Support a positive, team-oriented environment that enhances patient experience

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in good standing
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Proof of required immunizations and successful background check
• Comfortable working the 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM evening shift
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
• Previous experience as a CNA preferred but new grads with certification are welcome

Education

• High school diploma or GED required
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required

Knowledge & Skills

• Basic patient care skills: ADLs, transfers, feeding, and vitals
• Knowledge of infection control and safety procedures
• Ability to follow care plans and document interventions precisely
• Teamwork and strong interpersonal skills with residents and staff
• Time management and the ability to prioritize resident needs
