Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Dispense community patient prescriptions accurately and efficiently to support safe medication use
- Prepare and distribute medications while maintaining strict attention to detail and patient safety
- Collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare team members to support bedside discharge medications
- Administer or assist with immunizations and medication management services as needed
- Document all pharmacy activities in Epic Willow Ambulatory to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain pharmacy inventory and sterile compounding practices when required
- Provide friendly, patient-centered service and clear medication counseling at the window or over the phone
Qualifications
- Current unencumbered Certified Oregon Pharmacy Technician license required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pre-employment/post-offer drug screen required prior to start
- Experience with Epic Willow Ambulatory required
- Sterile compounding experience preferred
- Successful completion of a Medical Pharmacy Technician course preferred
- Comfortable working rotating weekends and day-shift hours
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of prescription dispensing and community pharmacy operations
- Familiarity with medication distribution workflows and patient safety best practices
- Experience using Epic Willow Ambulatory for documentation and dispensing
- Ability to perform immunizations and support medication management services
- Excellent communication skills and a patient-focused mindset
- Attention to detail, organization, and the ability to multitask in a busy pharmacy
