Shift Type: Herrin: Sunday & Monday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM; MHC: Tuesday, 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM; Thursday, 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM; Friday, 12:00 PM - 9:30 PM; On-call: every 3rd Monday night, 9:30 PM - 6:00 AM (night/on-call availability required)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $70 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality vascular and general ultrasound exams with accuracy and compassion
- Document findings thoroughly in Epic to ensure seamless patient care and communication
- Support obstetric imaging needs at the facility when called upon
- Respond to on-call requests reliably (every third Monday night) and provide critical imaging in urgent situations
- Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and clinical teams to drive excellent patient outcomes
- Maintain equipment, follow safety protocols, and help improve imaging workflows
Qualifications
- Vascular certification — required (must be vascular certified)
- Proven experience with Epic documentation — required
- Comfortable and reliable for on-call night coverage (every third Monday night, 9:30 PM - 6:00 AM)
- Experience performing vascular ultrasound and general ultrasound exams
- Ability to work the specific shifts listed and adapt to both day and evening schedules
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in vascular ultrasound techniques and protocols
- Proficient with Epic charting and documentation
- Familiarity with OB ultrasound procedures available at the facility
- Strong patient communication and critical thinking during emergent imaging
- Ability to multitask in a busy imaging department and support team workflows
