Shift Type: Night shifts, 12-hour shifts (facility-determined start/end times for nights)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist and supervise day-to-day nursing activities during night tours of duty
- Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with federal, state and local regulations
- Support rehabilitative and restorative nursing programs to help residents maintain independence
- Coordinate with the Director of Nursing to ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards
- Supervise and mentor clinical staff on the floor during your shift
- Accurately document resident condition, treatments and interventions in the medical record
- Administer medications and treatments safely; perform IV care if certified
- Communicate clearly with interdisciplinary team members and families to support resident-centered care
Qualifications
- Current LPN license in the state of Colorado (required)
- Current BLS certification (required)
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or comparable setting
- IV certification preferred for LPNs
- Experience in long-term care and rehabilitative/restorative nursing
- Night shift experience and the ability to work independently during overnight hours
Education
- Vocational nursing diploma or equivalent training leading to LPN licensure
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong patient care skills with a focus on long-term care and rehabilitation
- Knowledge of restorative nursing practices and rehabilitative care plans
- Familiarity with skilled nursing facility operations and regulatory compliance
- Clinical supervision and mentoring skills
- Medication administration, documentation, and assessment skills
- Effective communication with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
