Shift Type: Night shifts (NOC), 12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC; exact days of week per facility schedule (to be determined)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $78 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality critical care for ICU/CCU patients, monitoring and responding to changes in condition
- Deliver advanced cardiac and post-op care, including titration of vasoactive meds and hemodynamic monitoring
- Manage ventilators, advanced airways, and other critical care devices with confidence
- Document thoroughly and efficiently in EPIC to ensure accurate patient records and team communication
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans
- Respond to trauma activations and urgent situations as part of a Level II trauma center team
- Float to Med/Surg units when needed, providing safe, patient-centered care across settings
Qualifications
- Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Experience in ICU and/or CCU critical care nursing
- Prior travel nurse experience preferred
- Proficiency with EPIC charting and computerized documentation
- Comfort and willingness to float to Med/Surg and adapt to unit needs
- Experience working in a trauma center or higher-acuity environment is a plus
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong critical care assessment and clinical decision-making
- Familiarity with hemodynamic monitoring and titration of critical medications
- Ventilator management and advanced airway support
- Proficient electronic charting skills in EPIC
- Effective communication and teamwork in fast-paced environments
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple high-acuity patients
