Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage oncology and infusion patients with thoughtful, evidence-based care
• Examine and assess patients to develop clear, patient-centered treatment plans
• Order and interpret labs and imaging to guide safe, timely decisions
• Provide consultations, follow-up care, and appropriate referrals to optimize outcomes
• Coordinate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient experiences
• Participate in patient satisfaction programs and quality improvement initiatives to raise the bar on care

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of oncology subspecialty experience
• Current AOCNP certification (required)
• Certification by ANCC or AANP (required)
• Active DEA license
• Active Colorado nursing/APRN license

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in infusion patient management and oncology care pathways
• Strong patient assessment and treatment planning skills
• Comfortable ordering and interpreting labs and imaging
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Collaborative approach to working with physicians, nurses, and clinic staff
• Commitment to quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives
