Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to med/surg patients making a real difference daily
Monitor and assess patient conditions with precision and empathy
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes
Administer medications and treatments with expert skill
Educate patients and families to empower their recovery journeys
Maintain meticulous documentation to ensure seamless care continuity

Qualifications

Active RN license verified via Nursys
BLS, NIHSS, and DCI/BVP certifications
Completed Prime Core Competencies Exam, Skills Checklist, and Specialty Exam
Up-to-date personal health history including COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, TB, Varicella, Tdap vaccines
Passed Prime Color-blind test, Drug Screening, Fit Test, and Physical/Health Statement

Education

RN licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong med/surg nursing fundamentals
Patient assessment and monitoring expertise
Medication administration proficiency
Effective communication and teamwork
NIHSS stroke scale competency
