Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 36-40 guaranteed hours weekly with every other weekend rotation
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver critical care to ICU patients making a real difference in their recovery
- Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create optimal care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Advocate for patients ensuring their needs are always front and center
- Document care using Meditech system for seamless continuity
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum 1-2 years of ICU experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Ready to float as needed to support the team
Education
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong critical thinking in high-pressure situations
- Proficiency with Meditech documentation system
- Expertise in ICU patient management and equipment
- Excellent communication with patients and colleagues
