Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate respiratory care and assessments to pediatric and adult patients
Administer therapeutic respiratory treatments and monitor patient response
Operate and troubleshoot ventilators and other respiratory equipment safely
Collaborate with physicians, nurses and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient plans
Document patient status, treatments and progress clearly and promptly
Participate in orientation and training to maintain high standards of care

Qualifications

Active Respiratory Therapist license for Washington State (required)
Credentialed as CRT or RRT (preferred)
Basic Life Support (BLS) required; ACLS and PALS a plus
Clinical experience in a hospital or specialty respiratory setting preferred
Current immunizations and ability to complete facility onboarding/orientation

Education

Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy or equivalent clinical training
CRT or RRT credential

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient with ventilator management and non-invasive ventilation
Strong clinical assessment and patient monitoring skills
Comfortable with airway management and respiratory protocols
Clear communication and teamwork skills for fast-paced environments
Good documentation practices and familiarity with electronic health records
