Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered Med/Surg nursing care with clinical confidence
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and according to protocol
• Monitor patient status, recognize changes, and communicate concerns to the care team
• Collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and other team members to coordinate care
• Maintain clear, timely documentation of assessments and interventions
• Support safe patient transitions and discharge planning with a focus on quality outcomes
• Participate fully in orientation and ongoing training to maintain high standards of care

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) credential (New Hampshire licensure or applicable compact privileges as required)
• Experience in Med/Surg nursing (experience on 12+ hour shifts is a plus)
• Willingness to attend required orientation prior to assignment start
• Professional bedside manner and strong teamwork skills
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred; employer-specific requirements will be confirmed during hiring

Education

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN) — specific educational requirement not listed in the posting

• Solid Med/Surg clinical assessment skills and patient monitoring
• Medication administration and IV management knowledge
