Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, patient-centered nursing care on Med/Surg and Pediatric units
Assess patient condition, monitor vitals and report changes promptly
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care plans
Document patient care and progress clearly and professionally
Support families with education and reassurance during the care journey

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) — role listed as Registered Nurse in core requirements
Experience or comfort working in Medical-Surgical and Pediatric settings
Willingness to complete facility orientation as required
Able to fulfill assignments of approximately 5 hours (no-break) as noted

Knowledge & Skills

Foundational Med/Surg nursing knowledge
Pediatric patient care principles
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Team-oriented approach with good documentation habits
Ability to adapt to fast-paced clinical environments
