Roles & Responsibilities

Perform respiratory therapeutic procedures with precision and care
Conduct pulmonary diagnostic procedures to support patient outcomes
Assess, plan, implement, and document patient care tailored to individual needs
Step up as Lead RCP when needed to guide the team during your shift

Qualifications

Active RCP license with certificate verification
BLS, PALS, ACLS, and DCI/BVP certifications
Pass Prime Core Competencies Exam, Skills Checklist, and Specialty Exam

Education

Completion of Respiratory Care Practitioner training program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in respiratory therapeutic procedures
Proficiency in pulmonary diagnostic procedures
Strong assessment and documentation skills
