Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in line with facility policies
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Perform thorough documentation of patient status and care provided
Monitor patients and report changes to the interdisciplinary care team
Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges to ensure smooth transitions
Support orientation activities and mentor newer staff during onboarding

Qualifications

Current, active LPN license (New Hampshire) required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or obtained upon hire
Comfortable with 12.5-hour clinical shifts; orientation attendance required
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Prior LPN experience in a similar setting preferred but new grads are welcome to apply

Education

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of medication administration and nursing procedures
Ability to perform patient assessments and document findings clearly
Familiarity with electronic health records and charting best practices
Strong prioritization skills in a busy clinical environment
Collaborative approach to work with nurses, physicians, and support staff
