Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate bedside nursing care to residents as an LPN
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the care team
Document assessments and care activities clearly and timely
Collaborate with nurses, therapists and support staff to deliver great care
Support a positive resident experience through respectful communication

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent
Current BLS/CPR certification preferred or willing to obtain
Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to pass facility-required background and health screenings

Education

Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program (LPN/LVN diploma)

Knowledge & Skills

Foundational nursing knowledge and practical assessment skills
Medication administration and documentation best practices
Basic wound care and infection control principles
Time management and ability to prioritize patient needs
Comfortable working with interdisciplinary care teams
Compassionate resident-centered care and strong customer service
