Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: 8-hour shift; exact start/end times and days to be determined (schedule TBD)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate bedside care and monitor patient condition with attention to detail
Administer medications and treatments as directed, following safety protocols
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement patient care plans
Document patient information accurately and timely in the medical record
Assist with patient activities of daily living and promote patient comfort and dignity
Communicate clearly and professionally with patients and families to educate and support them

Qualifications

Current LPN license in Pennsylvania or eligible for licensure
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications a plus
Previous LPN clinical experience preferred but new grads may be considered
Reliable, compassionate, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to pass background checks and meet facility onboarding requirements

Education

Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program (diploma or certificate)
High school diploma or GED required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and basic nursing skillset
Medication administration and documentation proficiency
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Familiarity with electronic health records is a plus
