Location: Lancaster, Pennsylvania

Start Date: 05-15-2026

Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Day shift, 8-hour shift (exact start/end times to be scheduled by the facility)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care with attention to dignity and comfort
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document thoroughly
Monitor and record patient vital signs and report changes to the care team
Assist with activities of daily living while promoting patient independence
Communicate clearly with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the patient record
Support infection control and safety protocols to protect patients and staff

Qualifications

Current LPN license in good standing (Pennsylvania license preferred)
CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
Up-to-date immunizations and ability to pass required health screenings
Background check and drug screening as required by the facility
Comfortable working in long-term care/clinical settings and collaborating with a team

Education

LPN diploma or equivalent from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and basic IV/SC injection knowledge
Wound care basics and infection control practices
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with patients and families
Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced care environment
