Candidate Pay Rate: $33 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care and support daily
Administer medications and treatments as ordered with accuracy
Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the care team
Document patient care and observations clearly in the medical record
Assist with procedures and collaborate with nursing staff to improve outcomes
Support discharge planning and patient education to promote safe transitions

Qualifications

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification or willingness to obtain
Clinical experience as an LPN is welcomed; per diem candidates encouraged to apply
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Education

LPN diploma or vocational nursing certificate required

Knowledge & Skills

Solid knowledge of nursing fundamentals and LPN scope of practice
Medication administration and basic IV/route familiarity where applicable
Patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
Charting and documentation best practices
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time during busy shifts
