Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care following established care plans
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor patient status and communicate changes to the interdisciplinary team
Document care, observations, and patient responses clearly and timely
Assist with activities of daily living and promote patient comfort and dignity
Support discharge planning and patient education to encourage positive outcomes
Collaborate with teammates to maintain a safe, efficient, and caring environment

Qualifications

Active LPN license in New Mexico (required)
Current BLS/CPR certification (or willing to obtain prior to start)
Previous LPN experience in a long-term care or rehab setting preferred
Immunizations and health screenings per facility policy
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

Education

Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program

Knowledge & Skills

Clinical assessment and basic nursing interventions
Medication administration and documentation best practices
Comfortable with electronic charting and standard clinical equipment
Ability to prioritize tasks and respond calmly in busy situations
Compassionate patient interaction and family communication
