Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate bedside care and assistance with activities of daily living
Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes promptly to nursing staff
Assist with safe patient transfers, positioning, and mobility support
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate observations clearly
Support infection control practices and maintain a clean, respectful environment
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote positive patient outcomes

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (required)
Active ability to work in California and meet facility credentialing requirements
Comfort and experience working overnight/night shift
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on patient care and assistance with ADLs
Vital signs measurement and basic clinical observation
Patient safety, fall prevention, and safe transfer techniques
Basic documentation and charting practices
Infection prevention and universal precautions
Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
