Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: 8-hour shifts (exact start and end times and days to be provided by the facility)

Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents and patients
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Take and document vital signs accurately and promptly
Support nursing staff with care plans and timely reporting of changes
Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents
Communicate clearly with patients, families, and the care team to ensure continuity of care
Follow infection control protocols and facility policies at all times

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in Pennsylvania or completion of a state-approved CNA program
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate patient care
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to pass required background checks and facility screenings

Education

Completion of a state-approved CNA training program
High school diploma or GED preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on patient care and ADL assistance
Vital signs measurement and documentation
Infection control best practices and PPE use
Basic charting and reporting to nursing staff
Empathy, patience, and effective interpersonal skills
Time management and ability to prioritize patient needs
