Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate personal care to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming
Assist with safe transfers and mobility, supporting residents to move comfortably and securely
Take and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team promptly
Document resident care activities accurately and maintain clear communication with the care team
Support residents during meals and activities to promote dignity, independence, and engagement
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents at all times

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required)
Enrollment on the Pennsylvania CNA registry or ability to obtain local credentials
Reliable, caring attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to complete facility onboarding requirements (background check, immunizations, orientation)

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Completion of an accredited CNA training program (required)

Knowledge & Skills

Solid understanding of activities of daily living (ADLs) and basic resident care
Comfortable taking and recording vital signs and observing changes in condition
Familiarity with infection control practices and safe patient handling
Good interpersonal skills to interact kindly with residents, families, and staff
