Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents and patients
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
• Monitor and report changes in condition to nursing staff promptly
• Support safe transfers and use of mobility aids to prevent falls
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of care and observations
• Collaborate closely with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to deliver quality care

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
• Eligible or current certification to practice in New Mexico
• Ability to work per diem 12-hour day shifts (6:30 AM - 6:30 PM)
• Reliable, patient-focused, and able to work as part of a care team
• Willingness to complete facility onboarding and background checks

Education

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient-centered care and respect for resident dignity
• Basic personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
• Observation skills to notice and report changes in condition
• Basic documentation and charting practices
• Infection control and safe hygiene practices
• Teamwork and clear communication with clinical staff
