Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform complex laboratory testing across Chemistry, Hematology, Blood Bank, and Microbiology with accuracy and care
• Serve as a technical resource and apply your Nevada supervisor license to ensure compliant operations
• Maintain strict quality control and documentation so results are reliable and patients receive safe care
• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing critical testing needs
• Follow laboratory safety protocols and contribute to a culture of safety for staff and patients
• Communicate results and technical issues clearly to clinicians and the laboratory team

Qualifications

• Current and active Nevada State General Supervisor license (required)
• Demonstrated experience performing complex testing in Chemistry, Hematology, Blood Bank, and Microbiology
• Strong ability to multitask and manage workflow in a high-volume laboratory
• Familiarity with quality control processes and laboratory safety standards
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in General Laboratory testing including Chemistry and Hematology
• Hands-on experience with Blood Bank procedures and Microbiology testing
• Understanding of quality control methods and corrective actions
• Laboratory safety best practices and regulatory compliance
• Ability to troubleshoot instruments and resolve technical problems
