Roles & Responsibilities

Lead daily department operations and provide strong, positive direction to the team
Serve as a technical resource and mentor to technologists, ensuring competence across CT procedures
Deliver high-quality patient care by performing CT imaging safely and compassionately
Implement and oversee CT quality assurance activities to maintain imaging excellence
Ensure adherence to CT safety protocols and radiation safety standards at all times
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize workflow and patient outcomes
Maintain accurate documentation and assist with process improvements that enhance patient experience

Qualifications

Current Hawaii State license as a Radiologic Technologist (required)
Current Computed Tomography (CT) certification by the ARRT (required)
Current BLS certification (required)
Three (3) years of experience as a CT Technologist (required)
Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Education

Current Hawaii State Radiologic Technologist license
ARRT Computed Tomography (CT) certification
Current BLS certification

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of CT safety operations and radiation protection
Experience with CT quality assurance procedures and imaging protocols
Excellent patient care and communication skills
Proficient in operation and troubleshooting of CT equipment
Good manual dexterity and ability to handle physical demands of the role
Ability to train, coach and evaluate staff competence
