Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, compassionate critical care to adult ICU patients
Assess, monitor and respond to changes in patient condition using clinical judgment
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to create and execute patient care plans
Document patient status and interventions clearly and timely in the medical record
Support families with clear communication, empathy, and professionalism

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted California RN license required
Minimum ICU experience preferred; recent critical care practice welcomed
Current BLS required; ACLS strongly preferred
Strong clinical assessment skills and comfort with high-acuity patients
Excellent communication and teamwork skills; a positive attitude goes a long way

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) — RN required

Knowledge & Skills

Critical care assessment and rapid decision-making
Familiarity with ICU monitoring equipment and hemodynamic monitoring
Experience with ventilator management and titration of vasoactive drips
Ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
Clear, concise clinical documentation and handoff communication
