Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients in accordance with facility policies
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and document thoroughly
• Perform patient assessments and report changes in condition to the care team
• Collaborate with nursing staff and allied health professionals to coordinate care
• Maintain clear, timely documentation in the patient record
• Support safe patient transfers and assist with activities of daily living
• Follow infection control protocols and contribute to a safe clinical environment

Qualifications

• Current and active LPN licensure in the state of North Carolina
• Proven LPN experience or completion of an accredited practical nursing program
• Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification preferred or able to obtain
• Comfortable working 12+ hour day shifts as scheduled (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM)
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Ability to pass facility onboarding requirements and background checks

Education

• Practical Nursing diploma or certificate (LPN) from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

• Medication administration and documentation best practices
• Patient assessment and monitoring skills
• Fundamentals of wound care and basic clinical procedures
• Ability to use electronic medical records and enter accurate charting
• Time management and prioritization during busy shifts
• Collaborative communication with multidisciplinary teams
