Shift Type: Days not specified, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (day shift/evening hours)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents with dignity and respect
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Monitor residents’ condition and report changes promptly to nursing staff
Help maintain a clean, safe environment and support infection control practices
Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families through communication and empathy

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing
State-required background checks and clearances
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or willing to obtain
Comfortable performing resident transfers and ADL assistance
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of basic clinical care and resident safety practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow care plans and document accurately
Familiarity with infection prevention and basic emergency procedures
Compassionate patient-focused approach and good time management
