Candidate Pay Rate: $37 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients during overnight hours
- Perform thorough patient assessments and develop timely care plans
- Administer medications and treatments safely, following facility protocols
- Monitor patient status, document changes, and escalate concerns to the care team
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to ensure continuity of care
- Provide patient and family education with clarity and empathy
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Mexico or eligibility to obtain one
- Valid BLS certification required; ACLS or other specialty certifications a plus
- Comfortable working independently on overnight shifts
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Previous acute care or relevant nursing experience preferred
Education
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Patient assessment and care planning
- Medication administration and IV therapy knowledge
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation best practices
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient education skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple clinical tasks during busy shifts
